Myers-Holum is seeking a Delivery Manager to grow their Bangalore, India operations. This role involves providing support to a team, managing client engagements, and ensuring successful project outcomes. The Delivery Manager manages a team of 3-8 direct reports and invests in their team’s future by providing a clear path to success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of 3-8 direct reports, including performance reviews.
  • Providing recruiting support through interviewing candidates.
  • Training and onboarding new hires, aligning them with Myers-Holum methodologies.
  • Performing quality management of deliverables on a portfolio of projects.
  • Leading account management activities, managing upsells, and handling escalations.
  • Managing change control on projects, ensuring proactive communication.
  • Working closely with internal teams to provide knowledge transfers.
  • Managing end-to-end ERP implementations as a sponsor or Project/Program Manager.
  • Involvement with business development, attending events, and sourcing new leads.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Accounting functional background (CPA or Operational).
  • Prior experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports.
  • Ability to prioritize and use business etiquette to ensure proper communication.
  • Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant certification (ideal) or working toward the ERP certification.
  • Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or a relevant field.
  • Experience leading and acting in a Solution Architect capacity across varying project sizes.
  • At least 10-15 end-to-end NetSuite implementations with hands-on experience.
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, and advisory services.
  • Understanding of web technologies and standards.
  • Knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP and proven methodologies.
  • Understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
