OpenTable is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its Restaurant Platform Team. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in developing functionality within the platform, enabling in-product paid add-ons, and upselling customers within the plans outlined on OpenTable's marketing website. This role focuses on OpenTable's B2B SaaS product that supplies reservations to the marketplace and requires a blend of strategic thinking, collaboration, and a data-driven mindset.

In this role, the candidate will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap for the restaurant platform.
  • Assist in redeveloping restaurant solutions into new packages to address new market segments, focusing on casual restaurants that don’t traditionally take reservations.
  • Work towards increasing Revenue per Restaurant, Monthly recurring revenue from subscription fees, and overall growth in the number of restaurants using OpenTable's platform.
  • Develop functionality within Restaurant Platform to enable in-product paid add-ons and upselling customers within existing plans.
  • Onboard customers to new paid features and ensure successful adoption.

OpenTable is seeking candidates that:

  • Have 5+ years in a product management role and work experience.
  • Have outstanding collaboration skills and the ability to gain the respect of product, design, engineering, and product marketing counterparts.
  • Have experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably within the restaurant industry.
  • Possess a solid understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Have excellent communication and partner management skills.
  • Have the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Have experience with developing and launching new products/features.
