Pacvue is seeking a Billing & Account Solutions Specialist. In this role, the candidate will manage customer accounts and resolve billing issues, serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams to enhance billing processes and the overall customer experience. Pacvue is the leading software suite for eCommerce advertising, sales, and intelligence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end customer billing experience.
  • Handling complex account onboarding for enterprise customers.
  • Resolving billing disputes and escalations.
  • Serving as the primary contact for billing inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining billing documentation.

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of experience in billing, customer support, or finance (preferably in SaaS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with billing systems and CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Excel and financial analysis proficiency (a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in matrixed reporting structures.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
