Pacvue is seeking a Billing & Account Solutions Specialist. In this role, the candidate will manage customer accounts and resolve billing issues, serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams to enhance billing processes and the overall customer experience. Pacvue is the leading software suite for eCommerce advertising, sales, and intelligence.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end customer billing experience.
- Handling complex account onboarding for enterprise customers.
- Resolving billing disputes and escalations.
- Serving as the primary contact for billing inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining billing documentation.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of experience in billing, customer support, or finance (preferably in SaaS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with billing systems and CRM platforms (preferred).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Excel and financial analysis proficiency (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in matrixed reporting structures.
