Automation Engineer at Obligo

Obligo, a Fintech/Real Estate-Tech startup, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join their tech team in Tel Aviv. The candidate will contribute to the company culture and play a key role in quality assurance.

The role involves:

• Leading and owning quality assurance processes and technical design implementations.
• Designing test scenarios, scripts, and procedures for Test Automation and Continuous Delivery.
• Collaborating with Software Engineers and QA automation engineers.
• Testing backend (APIs) and frontend applications.
• Identifying and reporting problems.

Requirements:

• BSc in computer science / engineering or equivalent experience
• Organized, methodical and able to handle pressure
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with Javascript
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with API and E2E testing, using automated testing tools and libraries such as Cucumber.js, Playwright, Cypress, etc.
• Experience with mocking and regression testing
