AXS Germany, a subsidiary of AEG, is seeking a Field IT Technician to join their expanding operations in Hamburg. This role is crucial for managing internal and client-facing systems and hardware, ensuring their optimal functionality. The Field IT Technician will collaborate with the European IT setup, providing technical support to a diverse group of individuals across a broad geographical area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for IT, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.He/She will be responsible for:
Installation, repair, and maintenance of AXS equipment at client venue sites in Germany
Serving as the primary technical contact for the client services team
Maintaining the central device management system for AXS equipment
Maintaining accurate asset tracking records
Ensuring systems comply with AXS IT security policies
Assisting with internal corporate IT activities
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Self-motivation and proactivity
Experience in end-user desktop support for Windows and MacOS
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
Solid computer networking skills
Familiarity with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, and Meraki equipment (desirable)
