Job Description
Optimove is seeking a Tech Operations Manager to support its global tech organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong ability to manage processes, facilitate ceremonies, and work closely with senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate development ceremonies.
  • Ensure engineering teams adhere to operational best practices.
  • Monitor aging items and schedule review meetings.
  • Organize RCA meetings and lead discussions.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and process optimization.
  • Oversee and maintain ADO for task and PR management.
  • Manage ALM processes.
  • Administer key tools including user management and system setup.
  • Collaborate to generate reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with Directors and senior leadership.
  • Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
  • Track cost statistics and efficiency metrics.
  • Assist in scaling operational processes.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Tech Operations, Consulting with tech specialty or relevant operation roles.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of development operations & engineering workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with ADO, GitHub, Notion, BI tools, and Agile methodologies - advantage
