Job Description
Optimove is seeking a Tech Operations Manager to support its global tech organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong ability to manage processes, facilitate ceremonies, and work closely with senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate development ceremonies.
- Ensure engineering teams adhere to operational best practices.
- Monitor aging items and schedule review meetings.
- Organize RCA meetings and lead discussions.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and process optimization.
- Oversee and maintain ADO for task and PR management.
- Manage ALM processes.
- Administer key tools including user management and system setup.
- Collaborate to generate reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with Directors and senior leadership.
- Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Track cost statistics and efficiency metrics.
- Assist in scaling operational processes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Tech Operations, Consulting with tech specialty or relevant operation roles.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of development operations & engineering workflows.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with ADO, GitHub, Notion, BI tools, and Agile methodologies - advantage
