The Customer Solution Engineer role at Optimove is a hybrid position involving engineering, consulting, and customer interaction. The role requires understanding client marketing goals and tailoring solutions to achieve them. The Solutions Engineer advises on integrating Optimove's products with client's internal and third-party systems. He/She collaborates with clients, partners, and internal teams like Customer Success, Data Science, Professional Services, Product, and R&D.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be passionate about excellence and innovation. The Customer Solutions Engineer will work directly on client projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current technologies to provide optimal solutions.
  • Propose a framework for contributions from various departments.
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D to design solutions.
  • Account for project challenges and constraints.
  • Monitor implementation progress with project management teams.
  • Provide detailed specifications for solutions.
  • Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Master Optimove’s products in data integration and cloud solutions.
  • Serve as the technical focal point for Customer Success.
  • Lead calls with clients to understand their needs.
  • Work with partners to define tech integrations.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems / Computer Science or related field.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with software technologies (web and mobile SDK, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, JavaScript).
  • Ability to learn quickly and generate creative ideas.
