Job Description

Optimove is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team in London. Optimove is a global marketing tech company recognized as a Leader by Forrester and a Challenger by Gartner. The Senior UX/UI Designer will be empowered to solve hard business problems through user-centered design, working closely with product managers and engineers with a high level of autonomy. They will practice continuous Product Discovery, interact directly with customers, conduct user research and usability tests, and utilize data sources to support their decisions.

The Senior UX/UI Designer will play a key role in contributing to Optimove's product vision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and understanding user behavior and challenges through user research and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Testing ideas with customers and stakeholders using prototypes.
  • Translating solutions into detailed designs and requirements.
  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to groom user stories and provide solutions.
  • Collecting and analyzing product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Staying current with industry knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Experience designing complex B2B web products
  • Experience building interactive prototypes
  • Experience creating detailed UI and visual designs
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights
  • Knowledge of data visualization
  • Experience working with multiple teams
  • Excellent people skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of digital design tools such Adobe Creative Suite and Axure
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent
  • Visionary, yet pragmatic
  • Independent, proactive, takes ownership and accountable
  • Smart, curious, self-learner and passionate about UX and UI design
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking
