OpenTable is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their London office. This role involves providing support to customers, answering questions about product functions, and ensuring excellent service. The representative will be the primary contact for customers in North America and worldwide. OpenTable is part of Booking Holdings, Inc. and offers a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Answering customer and employee inquiries via various channels
  • Providing outstanding customer service

  • Logging all contacts in the CRM system accurately

  • Restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
  • 1+ year of customer support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems
  • Knowledge of iOS and Apple Hardware
  • Vacation: 25 days a year (33 days for CSR Team)
