OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their London office starting April 7, 2025. This role involves providing support to customers, answering complex questions about OpenTable products, and ensuring excellent service to a large customer base in North America and OpenTable customers worldwide. The Customer Support Representative will:
- Answer customer and employee inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Know when to ask for assistance.
- Take ownership of problem resolution.
- Accurately log all contacts in the CRM (Salesforce).
OpenTable is looking for candidates who:
