Job Description

Metacore, a mobile game company based in Helsinki and Berlin, is seeking an experienced Producer to lead and supervise the content-focused Merge Mansion feature team. The Producer will drive effective planning and project output, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.

The role involves:

• Establishing and maintaining a prioritized roadmap.
• Planning and reviewing team's work effort against product targets.
• Helping the team plan, outline scope, schedule, direct, and monitor progress.
• Participating in and providing feedback on improving ways of working.
• Onboarding, managing, and off-boarding co-development partners.
• Effectively communicating and sharing information.
• Carrying out supervisory responsibilities.
• Maintaining an up-to-date 12–month content delivery roadmap.

Requirements include:

• Extensive experience in production in F2P/LiveOps roles in games.
• Experience working with external partners or managing vendors.
• Practical knowledge of roadmapping, planning, agile methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
