Degreed is seeking an Alliance & Channel Manager for APAC, based in Singapore. This role involves developing and managing strategic partnerships to expand Degreed’s presence in the region. The Alliance & Channel Manager will drive revenue, execute go-to-market strategies, and enable partners to ensure successful engagement and long-term success. This role requires strategic thinking, sales execution, and relationship management skills.

Role Involves:
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships with global, regional, and local partners.
  • Driving revenue through partner-led sales strategies.
  • Creating and executing joint business plans with partners.
  • Equipping partners with training, resources, and tools.
  • Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Reporting key performance metrics and partnership insights.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in alliance/channel management, business development, or sales, ideally in the enterprise HCM or learning technology space.
  • Proven success in managing partner-led sales strategies and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience working across APAC markets with an understanding of regional business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
