OpenTable is seeking an Account Executive to expand its dining network by acquiring new restaurants through consultative sales. The Account Executive will focus on enhancing restaurant revenue using cutting-edge front-of-house management and online reservation technology. This role requires a strong passion for the restaurant industry and proficiency in technology.

This is a remote position based in Düsseldorf, Germany, involving up to 60% domestic travel. Fluency in German and proficiency in English are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Target and approach prospective restaurant clients to sell OpenTable products.
  • Nurture relationships with top restaurants, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct high-quality, data-driven demos of OpenTable products.
  • Drive revenue by building opportunities for mutual success.
  • Develop business plans to define sales strategies.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve the sales process and product.
  • Use Salesforce to manage territory, forecast sales, and process contracts.
  • Maintain visibility within the hospitality industry through networking.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability in B2B Enterprise sales.
  • Tenacity and goal-oriented approach.
  • Excellent discovery skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and technology.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics.
  • Strong time management and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Native German speaker with English proficiency.
