OpenTable is seeking a Sales Development Representative, fluent in German, to join their team in London. This hybrid role requires working in the office two days a week.

The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role on the Sales and Restaurant Services teams by generating leads and supporting Account Executives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales leads
  • Assisting with sales prospecting via phone to schedule appointments for Account Executives
  • Implementing lead generation programs
  • Crafting and distributing sales messages to restaurant prospects
  • Providing general sales support to sales teams
  • Ensuring successful lead hand-offs to Account Executives
  • Responding to requests from prospects for product information
  • Preparing reports for management
  • Some travel for training and trade shows

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in German (written, speech, and reading)
  • Successful telesales or call-center experience with a track record of exceeding objectives
  • Customer-first approach with an ability to nurture trust and confidence
  • Understanding of current and future business needs
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Creativity and innovation skills
