Currently OLIVER is seeking a Social Marketing Specialist. The role involves shaping the social presence for YouTube Creators in Indonesia, advocating for their needs, and connecting product features with creator aspirations. The specialist will work cross-functionally with local, regional, and global teams, providing analysis to management.


What this role involves:
  • Leading strategies for @YouTube CreatorsIndonesia on Instagram.
  • Developing programs and campaigns in line with business goals.
  • Engaging social media and content agencies.
  • Tracking social impact on YouTube business goals.
  • Managing social performance indicators.
  • Working with global teams for rapid response to social issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Experience working with social media and content production agencies.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa.
  • Understanding of YouTube’s ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of social media monitoring and listening tools.
