Team Lead, Risk Operations (Payment Risk)

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Team Lead for Risk Operations (Payment Risk) to establish and manage a fraud risk team in Europe, specifically in Bulgaria and Hungary. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, establishing fraud processes, policies, and procedures/guidelines. This role involves managing a team of fraud risk representatives to identify and prevent losses from various fraud types. The Team Lead will also create and maintain risk investigation procedures, implement a risk operational excellence program, and collaborate with stakeholders to educate and influence the company on fraud risk management.

• Creating and executing strategies to build and mature the fraud risk operation team.
• Managing day-to-day operational needs and supporting escalations.
• Creating and maintaining risk and fraud investigation review procedures.

• BA/BS degree.
• 5 years of experience in fraud risk management with managerial/leadership expertise.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing fraud risk operational strategies.
• Strong capabilities in driving fraud risk analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various business functions.
