Solutions Engineer

Alchemy is seeking a Solutions Engineer to empower builders with tools for exceptional onchain products. The company powers a significant portion of top web3 teams and major global brands. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with advanced customers to design scalable systems and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting and advising top-tier teams on using Alchemy’s infrastructure.
• Driving adoption by understanding customer goals and guiding them through onboarding.
• Prototyping and integrating light code to help customers unlock the stack's potential.
• Influencing product development by translating customer needs into insights.
• Building relationships as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and BD.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture.
• Experience working directly with customers in B2B SaaS or infra.
• Comfortable writing and reading code.
• Stellar communication skills.
• Passion for blockchain and crypto.
