Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, is seeking a Research Manager to oversee quantitative brand equity tracking programs. The role involves ensuring high-quality delivery and actionable insights for global pharmaceutical clients. The Research Manager will collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Analytics, and Data divisions, contributing to innovative methods and real-time strategic decision-making.Responsibilities include:
- Writing questionnaires and testing survey links
- Ensuring data integrity throughout the research process
- Data analysis and reporting, identifying key trends and insights
- Crafting presentations with senior team members
- Collaborating with clients to support brand planning
- Running workshops to translate research insights into strategic decisions
- Mentoring and managing junior team members
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in market research with healthcare experience
- Appreciation of marketing / client side issues
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines
