aCommerce is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and work with key decision-makers of global brands daily.

The Business Development Manager will educate clients about aCommerce's services, increase sales, and develop and maintain strong client relationships. They will also manage the sales process, prospect new business, and monitor commercial activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales management process
  • Ensure successful customer onboarding
  • Prospect and pitch new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research for sales growth
  • Monitor commercial activities and report on the revenue cycle
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Run commercial and trend analysis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Lead and coordinate with related parties
  • Create agreement document with client

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields is beneficial
  • Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment
  • Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Good command of English
