Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and expand their Amazon Connect sales team. This role involves aggressively engaging with Amazon Connect and AWS sales teams to drive opportunities and build a top-tier sales organization. The Director will collaborate with NeuraFlash's leadership across various departments to capitalize on the Amazon opportunity and dominate the Amazon Connect market.Role Responsibilities:
  • Build and leverage Amazon Connect and Salesforce networks to drive sales.
  • Cultivate and expand business partnership with Amazon executives.
  • Recruit top sales talent to increase coverage with the Amazon Connect team.
  • Partner with marketing to create a strong marketing plan.
  • Partner with sales engineering to create a white-glove partner sales model.
  • Partner with product leadership on products and solution packages.
  • Partner with the delivery team to establish best practices for project deployment.
  • Partner with L&D and HR teams to identify skills for hiring and certification plans.
  • Partner with the Managed Services team to create recurring revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to create high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the contact center/telephony space.
  • Existing Amazon network.
  • Salesforce experience (especially Service Cloud) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of Sales Leadership Experience
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time if needed
