Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and expand its Amazon Connect sales team and practice. This role involves aggressively engaging with Amazon Connect and AWS sales teams to generate sales opportunities and build a top-tier sales organization. The Director will collaborate with NeuraFlash's leadership across various departments to capitalize on the Amazon opportunity and dominate the Amazon Connect market.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Building and leveraging an Amazon Connect Sales network.
  • Cultivating and expanding the business partnership with Amazon executives.
  • Recruiting top sales talent.
  • Partnering with marketing to create high awareness within the Amazon Connect team.
  • Creating a white-glove partner sales model.
  • Developing products, assets, and solution packages for the Amazon Connect portfolio.
  • Establishing best practices for project estimation, deployment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying the right skills for hiring and establishing a strong certification plan.
  • Creating recurring revenue opportunities within Amazon Connect customers.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to create high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in the contact center/telephony space.
  • An existing Amazon network.
  • Salesforce experience (especially Service Cloud) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of Sales Leadership Experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time if needed.
