Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and expand its Amazon Connect sales team. The role involves engaging with Amazon Connect and AWS sales teams to drive opportunities and build a sales organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong leadership skills within the contact center/telephony space.

Role Involves:
  • Building and leveraging an Amazon Connect Sales network.
  • Cultivating a business partnership with Amazon Executives.
  • Recruiting top sales talent.
  • Creating a strong marketing plan with the Marketing Director.
  • Partnering with the Sales Engineering Director to create a partner sales model.
  • Collaborating with Product Leadership and Marketing on solution packages.
  • Establishing best practices with the Amazon Connect/Service Cloud Voice delivery team.
  • Identifying skills for hiring and establishing a certification plan with L&D and HR teams.
  • Creating recurring revenue opportunities with the Managed Services team.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to create high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in the contact center/telephony space.
  • Existing Amazon network.
  • Salesforce experience (especially Service Cloud).
  • 4+ years of Sales Leadership Experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time if needed.
