VP Product - Partners, Platform and Integration (m/f/x)

commercetools is seeking a VP of Product to lead innovation in its platform capabilities. The VP will ensure commercetools delivers a best-in-class experience for developers and partners through a scalable, secure, and extensible ecosystem.

This role involves:

• Defining and executing a product vision for platform, integration, and partner enablement.
• Driving the development of tools for integrations, extensibility, and developer productivity.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless execution and a frictionless developer and partner experience.
• Ensuring a best-in-class developer experience by simplifying integration and enhancing API usability.
• Overseeing investment in infrastructure and platform reliability.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and scaling platforms or developer ecosystems.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing product teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Focused on leveraging data insights.
• Deep understanding of developer experience, API-first, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Business acumen and ability to align product vision with company growth objectives.
• Experience with AI-driven automation.
