Job Description

The role involves:

• Delivering technology services and solutions to customers.
• Solving complex problems by delivering custom IT solutions and specialized services.
• Maximizing the performance, availability, and security of clients' IT environments.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to confidently articulate technical and business concepts in both languages.
• Expertise in Oracle databases, including experience with RAC, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and other Oracle Advanced Features.
• Customer savvy, with the ability to build long-term, trusted relationships.
• Residence in Canada.
