OpenTable, a part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Toronto. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Business Optimization, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and improving OpenTable’s Salesforce architecture and supporting the Global Sales & Services team in its usage of SFDC. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience, advanced skills in building Salesforce reports/dashboards and the ability to use advanced automations to solve complex business problems.

The Salesforce administrator will work with multiple Clouds/platforms and cross-functionally with several departments. Internal systems play a key role in the success of OpenTable's business. The role will focus on customizing OpenTable’s Salesforce instance with a full understanding of options and standard processes. The administrator will work to design and implement enhancements for existing systems and build new solutions that support the goals of the organization.

Role involves:

  • Partnering with the Revenue Operations team to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
  • Designing new business processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Supporting remote Sales and Services team members.
  • Answering technical inquiries and leading data stewardship efforts.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience (Lightning preferred).
  • Experience managing feature requests for Salesforce and advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards.
  • Ability to use advanced automations to solve complex business problems.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
