OpenTable, a part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Toronto. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Business Optimization, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and improving OpenTable’s Salesforce architecture and supporting the Global Sales & Services team in its usage of SFDC. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience, advanced skills in building Salesforce reports/dashboards and the ability to use advanced automations to solve complex business problems.
The Salesforce administrator will work with multiple Clouds/platforms and cross-functionally with several departments. Internal systems play a key role in the success of OpenTable's business. The role will focus on customizing OpenTable’s Salesforce instance with a full understanding of options and standard processes. The administrator will work to design and implement enhancements for existing systems and build new solutions that support the goals of the organization.
