Too Good To Go is seeking a Global Legal Counsel to join its Global Legal Team and support its expansion strategy across 19 countries. This role involves providing legal support to key internal stakeholders, particularly the Parcels team, which handles the buying and selling of beverage and food products. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a legal role in an internal stakeholder environment and be passionate about working in a fast-growing, social-impact company. This position can be based in either Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan or Paris.
Role Involves:
- Supporting Too Good To Go with regulatory, compliance, and contractual issues.
- Providing legal assistance in vendor and contract management.
- Serving as the primary legal point of contact for the Parcels team, advising on food regulation and purchase contracts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
- Reviewing and negotiating various agreements.
- Drafting, maintaining, and updating legal templates.
- Creating legal and compliance processes for scalability.
- Supporting Too Good To Go’s expansion to new countries.
- Providing day-to-day legal advice.
Requirements:
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience from start-up or scale-up companies is a plus.
- Background in food and beverage laws and regulation.
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Milan, Madrid, or Paris.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
