Global Procurement Specialist at Too Good To Go

Too Good To Go is seeking a Global Procurement Specialist to join their team in Warsaw. The company's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. This role supports all countries and reports to the Global Procurement Operations Manager.

The Global Procurement Specialist will play a key role in the company's “Too Good To Go Parcel” business, which reduces food waste by purchasing surplus food from manufacturers and offering it to customers at a discount.

Key responsibilities:

• Systems updates - ensuring all information uploaded to our systems is accurate and on time
• Utilising multiple sources of information to ensure that reporting is correct and delivered in a timely manner to the right audience
• Using a mix of data led insight and creative flair to compose parcels
• Generating customer facing content - such as parcel descriptions, titles and pictorial assets
• Ensuring we are producing the right amount of parcels per week in line with our targets
• Receiving large volumes of data from the Buying Managers and Demand Planning team and translating this into the various systems and tools to create and compose parcels.
• Managing and delivering upon any ad hoc data requests from the wider Parcels/ Manufacturing business
• Working closely Logistics Specialists to ensure we hitting our weekly parcel production targets
• Ensuring reports are generated accurately and issuing these to the relevant audiences
