Tide is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their Experience Foundations team. This role focuses on evolving the global platform's user experiences to drive member value and create a differentiated experience. The Lead Product Designer will work with a cross-functional team to create a cohesive and frictionless customer experience across the Tide platform.
Role involves:
Product Design of the product horizontal that supports and drives all speedboats.
Driving forward experience strategy.
Creating thoughtful and high quality design artefacts.
Leading user research sessions.
Advocating for user needs with Product and Engineering teams.
Working within and adding to the Tide Design System and Tide Design Principles.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years’ relevant commercial experience in UX or Product Design.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
In-depth knowledge of User Experience and Product Design methodologies.
Extensive experience with user testing, research, and iterative product discovery.
Excellent knowledge and experience of Figma.
Experience of working in an agile and scale-up environment.
Data-driven approach with experience using tools like Looker, Heap, GA, Hotjar.
