CookUnity is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join their Marketplace Insights team. This role involves partnering with product, marketing, and commercial managers to provide data-driven insights that improve products and user experience. The Data Analyst will explore data, create visualizations, design experiments, and develop self-service dashboards.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Marketplace and Menu teams to understand user behaviors.
  • Develop interactive data visualizations in Tableau.
  • Define metrics and customer segments.
  • Design and analyze (semi-)controlled experiments.
  • Map and articulate learning needs.
  • Drive data creation to maximize observability of user behaviors.
  • Help other analysts in the team improve their code quality.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years in similar analyst roles.
  • High autonomy in partnering with non-technical stakeholders.
  • High autonomy in executing to produce insights with data (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python, dbt).
  • High agency and growth mindset.
