The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the website with brand and business goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing the website strategy and roadmap.
  • Monitoring and optimizing user experience and design.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining site health.
  • Leading website development resources.
  • Implementing performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot.
  • Driving conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
  • Analyzing data and providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing complex websites.
  • Proficiency with web performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot).
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Familiarity with front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in website management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in website development.
  • 1-2 years of experience in people management.
