Payhawk is seeking a People Partner to join their team in Sofia. The People Partner will collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) Teams and cross-functional departments. The role focuses on scaling and driving the success of Payhawk revenue organization. The People Partner will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, strengthening engagement, and reinforcing core values throughout the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders and managers to ensure employees are supported, engaged, and empowered.
  • Design and implement clear career pathways.
  • Lead initiatives that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Take ownership of employee relations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate eNPS scores.
  • Champion a culture of autonomy and accountability.
  • Drive a transparent feedback culture.
  • Hold managers accountable for leadership quality.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address skills gaps.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of HR Business Partnering within a high-growth technology organization.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and influence leadership teams.
  • Process-oriented mind to challenge existing processes and build new ones.
  • Courage to learn and share learnings.
  • Proactiveness and enthusiasm.
  • Humble, self-aware, and trustworthy.
