Payhawk is seeking a People Partner to join their team in Sofia. The People Partner will collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) Teams and cross-functional departments. The role focuses on scaling and driving the success of Payhawk revenue organization. The People Partner will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, strengthening engagement, and reinforcing core values throughout the team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to ensure employees are supported, engaged, and empowered.
- Design and implement clear career pathways.
- Lead initiatives that reinforce company culture and values.
- Take ownership of employee relations.
- Develop and execute strategies to elevate eNPS scores.
- Champion a culture of autonomy and accountability.
- Drive a transparent feedback culture.
- Hold managers accountable for leadership quality.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to address skills gaps.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of HR Business Partnering within a high-growth technology organization.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to provide strategic insights and influence leadership teams.
- Process-oriented mind to challenge existing processes and build new ones.
