Payhawk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Strategy Manager to join their fast-growing People team. The People Strategy Manager will bring structure, execution, and data-driven decision-making to Payhawk. This role involves managing OKRs, overseeing people systems, and driving the execution of key people projects. The ideal candidate will align the People team with business priorities, improve efficiency, and ensure informed, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning and managing People & Talent OKRs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Overseeing and optimizing HR & TA systems, driving efficiency and adoption across the company.
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional People projects, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and HR tech implementations.
- Improving operational effectiveness by tracking key People metrics and providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Acting as the central reporting owner within the People team, ensuring clear visibility into progress, blockers, and opportunities.
- Reviewing and maintaining the project roadmap in alignment with the needs of the company.
- Partnering closely with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to drive execution and efficiency.
- Implementing scalable solutions that keep the People team agile while supporting the company’s growth.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in HR project management, People Operations, or a similar role in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong experience with HR systems, tools, and reporting (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Engagement Platforms).
- Ability to track, measure, and analyze People metrics, turning insights into action.
- A structured, execution-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional HR/People projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams and influence decisions.
