Payhawk is seeking a People Strategy Manager to enhance structure, execution, and data-driven decision-making within its People team. This role is pivotal in managing OKRs, optimizing people systems, and spearheading key people projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and improving overall efficiency. The candidate will play a crucial role in aligning the People team with business priorities, improving efficiency, and ensuring informed decisions based on real data.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage People & Talent OKRs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Oversee and optimize HR & TA systems, driving efficiency and adoption across the company.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional People projects, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and HR tech implementations.
- Improve operational effectiveness by tracking key People metrics and providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Act as the central reporting owner within the People team.
- Work closely with the VP of People to maintain the project roadmap.
- Partner closely with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to drive execution and efficiency.
- Implement scalable solutions that keep our People team agile while supporting the company’s growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR project management, People Operations, or a similar role in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong experience with HR systems, tools, and reporting (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Engagement Platforms).
- Ability to track, measure, and analyze People metrics, turning insights into action.
- A structured, execution-driven mindset.
- Experience leading cross-functional HR/People projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for culture, people experience, and operational excellence.
