Job Description
ShopMy is seeking a Director of Management and Agency Relations to lead and grow partnerships with talent management companies. This role involves driving strategic relationships to onboard high-performing creators to the ShopMy platform. The Director will manage a small team, create the go-to-market strategy for talent management relations, collaborate with Product to develop tools and reporting, and work with Marketing to ensure a strong go-to-market approach.Responsibilities include:
  • Becoming an industry expert by understanding the motivations of talent management companies.
  • Establishing key performance indicators to measure strategy effectiveness.
  • Building a go-to-market strategy for reaching talent management companies at scale.
  • Forging relationships with founders and talent managers.
  • Ideating and optimizing a referral program.
  • Working with the Product Team to build functionality for talent management companies.
  • Developing a seamless onboarding process for talent.
Requirements include:
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management, agency relations, creator strategy, partnerships, sales, or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with developed, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Passion for the creator economy.
  • Comfort using learning & enablement technology (Canva, Figma, Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Loom).
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
