Flo.health, a digital women's health app, is seeking a Content Lead (Web) for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The company is a unicorn in the HealthTech industry, dedicated to empowering women with health knowledge and support.

The Content Lead will lead an experienced web content team, focusing on SEO and growth strategies to increase traffic to Flo.health and grow the app's subscriber base. They will be responsible for inspiring and motivating the content team to produce high-quality content quickly. They also supposed to deliver content as well as lead team.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the content team in delivering health content.
• Developing and executing content strategies.
• Ensuring content quality and alignment with medical and legal standards.
• Analyzing content performance and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Managing freelancer relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience leading SEO health content strategy.
• Commercial mindset with knowledge of converting SEO traffic.
• People management experience.
• Passion for data analytics.
• Proficiency in web content creation and editing.
• Working knowledge of web tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Project management skills.
