Job Description

ShopMy is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and optimize recruiting efforts during a growth phase. The Director will build a world-class recruiting function, ensuring ShopMy attracts and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will be a recruiting expert with a track record of scaling teams in high-growth startups and expertise in cultivating a strong organizational culture.Role involves:

• Developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy to support ShopMy’s growth.
• Leading the full lifecycle recruiting process.
• Partnering with leadership to forecast and prioritize hiring needs.
• Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing recruiting team.
• Establishing best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Elevating ShopMy’s employer brand.
• Driving initiatives that showcase company culture, values, and opportunities.
• Defining and tracking KPIs for recruiting effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluating and improving recruiting tools and processes.
• Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Partnering with People/HR teams to ensure onboarding and promote retention.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• 5+ years in high-growth startups (SaaS preferred).
• Demonstrated success in scaling recruiting functions.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in leveraging data.
• Deep understanding of talent market trends and employer branding.
• Passionate about building high-performing teams.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and results-driven.
• Greenhouse ATS expertise.
• History of hiring executive leaders for early stage companies.
• Generalist GTM background with tech and non-tech experience.
