Job Description
Loverboy is seeking a Brand Representative to build relationships with customers and retailers in Colorado. This role will drive awareness, availability, and growth through activity-based execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and foster relationships with current retailers
  • Grow account universe with On and Off-premise accounts
  • Align with Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution objectives
  • Adhere to Loverboy brand standards
  • Motivate distributor sales personnel
  • Drive execution of programming with retailers and distributors
  • Schedule and conduct sampling and special events
  • Celebrate success with partners, distributors, and retailers
  • Embody the Loverboy Culture

Requirements:

  • Persuasive selling, negotiation, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Self-starter with independence, resiliency, and tenacity
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage company
  • Resourceful planning and strong organizational/project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Complete competence with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Must reside in and know the defined territory
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience
  • Internal Drive and Enthusiasm
  • In Market Travel – 80% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle with auto-liability insurance
  • Able to lift 35 pounds frequently
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience selling directly to beer wholesalers
