Loverboy is seeking a Brand Representative to build relationships with customers and retailers in Colorado. This role will drive awareness, availability, and growth through activity-based execution.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and foster relationships with current retailers
- Grow account universe with On and Off-premise accounts
- Align with Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution objectives
- Adhere to Loverboy brand standards
- Motivate distributor sales personnel
- Drive execution of programming with retailers and distributors
- Schedule and conduct sampling and special events
- Celebrate success with partners, distributors, and retailers
- Embody the Loverboy Culture
Requirements:
- Persuasive selling, negotiation, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Self-starter with independence, resiliency, and tenacity
- Comfortable working in an early-stage company
- Resourceful planning and strong organizational/project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills
- Complete competence with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Must reside in and know the defined territory
- Must be 21 years or older
- 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience
- Internal Drive and Enthusiasm
- In Market Travel – 80% of the time
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle with auto-liability insurance
- Able to lift 35 pounds frequently
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience selling directly to beer wholesalers
