Job Description

The Senior Regional Manager role at Loverboy is crucial for driving sales and maintaining brand standards. This position focuses on managing distributor networks and leading sales and marketing initiatives within the NC, SC, GA, and VA markets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage distributor network and drive key sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and lead a small sales team.
  • Call on regional/local chains.
  • Track and measure goals and programs nationally and locally.
  • Collaborate with the Region General Manager to identify new opportunities and analyze ROI on sales programming and marketing investments.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained in the market.
  • Conduct distributor meetings and business reviews.
  • Manage distributors' CPC budget, inventory, and POS material.
  • Adapt to evolving role duties.
  • Conduct market visits to key focus markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling directly to beer wholesalers (non-alcoholic sales qualify if sold through beer distributor networks)
  • Ability to conduct online meetings and presentations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and customer management skills.
  • Superior time management skills.
