Clara, the leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer. The company's all-in-one solution combines locally issued corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a powerful SaaS platform. The Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing frontend solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend engineers, and product managers, to ensure software solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

Role involves:
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing frontend solutions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong experience with React and its ecosystem in commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of modern, structured, and well-typed JavaScript & TypeScript code.
  • Proven experience in implementing and consuming RESTful web services.
  • Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or other testing tools.
  • Understanding of Rspack and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience ensuring visual consistency and structure across web applications.
  • Strong understanding of Git, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to create efficient, reusable software modules.
  • Experience in enhancing and maintaining existing applications.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • A self-driven, impact-focused mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering team growth.
