Vercel is seeking a Customer Support Engineer for the EMEA region. This is a remote role reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Success Engineering.

The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, improving internal tooling and providing solutions to Vercel customers. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to understand technical problems quickly, and have a background in frontend development.

What this role involves:
  • Solve interesting cases for Vercel customers
  • Troubleshoot customer issues alongside engineering
  • Improve internal tools alongside engineering
  • Specialize in product areas and own them within the team
  • Improve existing and identify new internal documentation, processes, and policies
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with Enterprise requests

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a highly technical support role.
  • Web development awareness.
  • Incident management.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with a fully remote, globally distributed team.
  • Passion for delivering a customer experience second to none.
  • Available to work up to 1 in 5 weekends.
