Job Description
Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter for a six-month contract. The Senior Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for mid and senior-level roles within the Sales, Revenue, and Success organizations, with occasional support for Marketing. They will develop sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for mid and senior positions across Sales, Success, RevOps, and Marketing
- Sourcing and engaging Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Go-To-Market leaders
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to build a high-quality pipeline of candidates
- Conducting phone screens and driving sourcing reachouts
- Leading structured interviews, including designing interview plans and running debriefs
- Providing an excellent candidate experience
- Collaborating closely with business leaders
- Utilizing data and analytics to track progress and optimize processes
- Supporting DEI efforts
- Managing recruiting efforts autonomously
- Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation
Requirements: - 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales, Revenue, and GTM roles (AE, SDR, Sales Leadership, RevOps)
- Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong experience partnering with leaders at all levels
- Expertise in data-driven recruiting
- Familiarity with sales org structures, quota-carrying roles, and product-led growth business models
- Experience with tools like Gem and Greenhouse (or similar recruiting platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
