Job Description
dbt Labs is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to manage and nurture its enterprise customer base. The ideal candidate will be proactive and results-driven, focused on identifying new business opportunities and uncovering growth potential for clients. This role is based in the Northeast region, specifically in NYC.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and close a pipeline of companies.
  • Manage and deepen the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts.
  • Engage with technology partners and ecosystem service providers.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop the sales process.
  • Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of closing experience in technology sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual targets.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Diligence and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for being an inclusive teammate.
  • Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.
