Bynder is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team. The company's digital asset management platform enables teams to manage digital assets efficiently. This role is pivotal in aligning commercial processes and driving revenue growth across the organization.

The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for sales reporting and analysis, sales tooling, process creation and optimization, and tooling enablement for the Global Sales & Customer Success Organization. The role requires partnering with Sales teams, managing CRM and technology, assisting in revenue forecasting and documentation, and calculation of commissions using Spiff platform.

  • Process Optimization: Partner with Sales teams to simplify the sales process through optimization and automation
  • CRM and Technology: Will manage and work with Sales tooling such as Salesloft, Apollo, LeadIQ, Clari, Gong, Salesforce, Spiff and Thoughtspot
  • Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Assist in forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue predictions
  • Documentation & Training: Assisting in training and documenting of Sales process and tooling documentation enabling quick on-boarding of new AEs/BDRs
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Point of contact for Sales team reporting & analysis, including KPI and performance reporting on both Salesforce and Thoughtspot
  • Sales Compensation management: Assist in commission plan design & structure for select commercial teams
  • 2+ years experience in a fast growing Saas company in SalesOps, RevOps or Commercial Operations
  • Experience with tools including Salesforce, Thoughtspot, Salesloft, Gong, Apollo, LeadIQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Spiff, Clari
  • A propensity with numbers and ability to simplify complex data into easily understood insights for our sales managers
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to think critically about how to improve our commercial operations
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Process-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives with autonomy and confidence
