Job Description

MOOVX is seeking a Part-Time Semi Senior Finance & Operations Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage payroll, oversee billing processes, prepare financial reports, draft contracts, and resolve operational challenges. This role requires strong analytical skills, accounting proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Role Involves:

• Managing payroll processing and related activities, including Binance and Payoneer transactions.
• Overseeing invoicing processes and handling payments to suppliers.
• Preparing detailed financial and economic reports and generating financial projections.
• Drafting and sending contracts for clients and new employees.
• Resolving operational challenges and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Providing accounting guidance and submitting account statements.
• Managing purchases and handling shipping coordination.
• Administering tools and platforms like Google Admin Console and Microsoft Center.

Requirements:

• Advanced Power BI skills, including strong DAX knowledge.
• Experience with Binance, including handling transactions and resolving platform-related issues.
• Expertise in payments and billing processes.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with quick problem-solving abilities.
• Contract management experience; general accounting proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
• High level of autonomy and ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
