Job Description

CASETiFY is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (Meta) to join their Growth team. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate, thriving in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for driving significant growth through the optimization and expansion of Meta performance marketing efforts. The Growth Marketing Manager will lead a team of specialists to develop and execute innovative strategies, maximizing ROI and achieving aggressive growth targets. They will be a key driver in transforming CASETiFY's Meta advertising into a powerful engine for customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive Meta performance marketing strategy.
  • Acting as the key PIC for new customer acquisition.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Ideating, testing, and optimizing growth across paid acquisition and retargeting.
  • Analyzing business and user data to provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop holistic marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ad experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale paid advertising budgets with Meta Ads.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Data-driven, logical, and organized mindset.
  • Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
