Eucalyptus, an Australian-founded digital healthcare company, is seeking a Medical Operations Specialist to join their team in Japan, specifically supporting the Juniper brand. Juniper focuses on empowering patients in their weight management journey through a medical approach. This role involves providing support and care to patients, working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.Eucalyptus offers flexibility with work-from-home options and a collaborative environment. The team operates between 9 AM and 6 PM (JST), with weekend work and shift rostering required.Responsibilities:

• Responding to patient inquiries in Japanese and English via tickets.
• Providing ongoing support to patients experiencing side effects.
• Triaging medical issues with clinical support.
• Serving as a point of contact for Eucalyptus partnered doctors.
• Collaborating with health coaches, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Supporting and training non-clinical patient-facing teams.

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist in Japan.
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Pharmacist.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
