Eucalyptus is seeking a Medical Operations Specialist in Japan to support its Juniper brand. The role involves providing support to patients throughout their weight loss journey. This includes responding to inquiries, triaging medical issues, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to patient inquiries via tickets in Japanese and English.
- Providing ongoing support to patients experiencing side effects, including virtual calls.
- Triaging medical issues with support from a clinical framework and team.
- Acting as a point of contact to the network of Eucalyptus partnered doctors.
- Collaborating with health coaches, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to provide holistic care.
- Supporting and training non-clinical patient-facing teams.
Requirements:
- Registered as a Pharmacist in Japan.
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a Pharmacist.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English language skills.
