Senior Audit Manager, FinCrime (EMEA)

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Audit Manager, FinCrime, based in Dubai, to manage the internal audit function for financial crimes in the EMEA region. The role involves ensuring the organization's financial crime risk management and compliance frameworks are robust and aligned with regulatory expectations. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the annual audit plan for financial crimes.
• Lead end-to-end audits covering AML/CTF, sanctions compliance, and fraud detection.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the audit team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay updated with regulatory developments and emerging threats in financial crime risk management.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive audit reports to senior management and the Audit Committee.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in internal audit, including leadership roles in Financial Crimes.
• Deep knowledge of AML, CTF, and sanctions regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• ACAMS certification required; CPA, CIA, or similar credentials preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
