HRIS Analyst / Manager at OKX

OKX is seeking an HRIS Analyst/Manager to maintain its in-house HRIS system, OKEngine. The role involves providing operational and technical support to end-users and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system solutions. He will strive to build OKEngine into a system that enables users to perform HR tasks in a seamless manner, delivering an optimised user experience.

The HRIS Analyst/Manager will work closely with the Product & Engineering team, HR COEs, HRBPs, and HR Operations teams globally. The role requires a focus on data accuracy, system functionality, and user experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with HR COEs to identify requirements for HRIS solutions.
• Maintaining and administering the HRIS system.
• Providing end-user training on HRIS functionalities.
• Troubleshooting and resolving user issues related to the HRIS system.
• Generating reports and insights from HR chatbot and ticketing system data.
• Ensuring applications integrate into existing infrastructure.
• Translating business needs into projects, including prioritization and resource planning.
• Ensuring quality of business processes and data integrity.
• Identifying and resolving issues to enhance user experience and HRIS integrations.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS modules.
• Previous experience building internal HRIS from scratch (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and core HR systems.
• Experience as a project manager with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
