OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Brand Supervisor to join their team in Hong Kong. This role focuses on enhancing the company's brand visibility and engagement through strategic social media initiatives and team collaboration.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute daily social media strategies, particularly on X, to boost engagement.
- Create and schedule compelling content aligned with trending discussions and Web3 culture.
- Plan engagement initiatives to grow followers and position OKX as a thought leader.
- Monitor social media channels,track performance metrics, and refine strategies based on ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and other Web3 teams to align social media efforts with company's broader goals.
- Manage executive administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, branding, or digital marketing, preferably in tech/crypto/Web3.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven ability to produce engaging social media content and spot trends.
- Skill in crafting tweets, threads, and creative briefs for visuals and videos.
