Italian Language Manager, Localization at OKX

OKX is seeking an Italian Language Manager to lead the localization and management of content for Italian users. The successful candidate will collaborate with localization managers to drive language quality initiatives, conducting localization reviews and testing to identify linguistic and functional discrepancies. They will also lead localization projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes through consistent communication with cross-functional teams.

The role involves partnering with content and marketing teams to optimize localized content for SEO and ensuring all product, marketing, and UI/UX elements resonate with Italian users. The Italian Language Manager will champion local customers by gathering user feedback and offering insights on UI/UX design. They will work with the vendor manager to assess language service providers and oversee the maintenance of translation assets.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements include:

• Native fluency in Italian and business proficiency in English.
• A BA or equivalent in a relevant field such as translation, linguistics, etc.
• Experience in Italian translation, localization, or LQA, with a proven track record of leading localization projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency with TMS and CMS tools.
• Experience in creative translation and transcreation.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
